What Is Private 1:1 Coaching?

Most high-functioning people have already tried the surface-level approaches. They have set the goals, done the courses, read the books. And they are still running the same patterns.


Private 1:1 coaching works at the level beneath the behaviour. It looks at the identity, beliefs, nervous system responses, and relational patterns driving how you operate, and changes them at the root.


The result is not a temporary performance boost. It is a structural shift in how you lead, decide, relate, and respond under pressure.

What We Work On

The work is fully tailored to your context. There is no fixed template. We work with what is present in your life, leadership, and relationships while building a clearer internal framework that supports lasting change.


In practice, this often includes:


  • The patterns driving your behaviour that you cannot seem to shift despite knowing they are there
  • How you operate under pressure, and why stress, conflict, or uncertainty triggers specific responses
  • The beliefs shaping your decisions, your relationships, and how you see yourself

  • What self-leadership actually looks like for you, not as a concept, but in practice

The Structure

Packages run over 3 to 6 months. Sessions are private, fully tailored, and held online via Zoom.


The process is structured to allow depth, continuity, and meaningful progress. Each session builds on the last. Between sessions, new ways of operating get tested in real situations,  not just explored in conversation.


A 2018 study by the International Coaching Federation found that 80% of coaching clients reported improved self-confidence and 70% reported improved work performance. Those outcomes depend on the work addressing the right level. Surface-level coaching hits a ceiling when the root is identity. This work does not.

Private 1:1 coaching begins with a Deep Dive Session.


The Deep Dive is a focused 75-minute session to get clear on what is driving your current patterns and whether longer-term work is the right fit. It stands alone as a complete experience — and if you decide to move forward within seven days, the full session fee is credited toward your coaching package.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does private 1:1 coaching last? Most clients work over 3 to 6 months. The right duration depends on what you are working through and what shifts are needed.


How often do we meet? Session frequency is agreed at the start based on your context and pace. Most clients meet every two to three weeks.


Is this only for people in crisis? No. Most clients are not in crisis. They are functioning well but privately know something needs to change.


How is this different from therapy? Therapy addresses mental health conditions and processes past trauma. This work is forward-focused, it looks at the patterns driving how you operate now and builds lasting change at identity level.
