Jen is a certified coach and hold a coaching diploma from Sandown Business School. She is an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics and professional standards. She is also a Cerified Trauma-Informed coach, wjich brings an extra layer of depth to her coaching and a deeper understanding of the nervous system and how the past contributes to the thought- and behaviour patterns today. 

She has completed 3,500+ coaching hours, working with clients across a wide range of personal and professional contexts. Her training and experience span psychology-informed coaching, behaviour change, communication, identity-based work, and stress-related pattern work.
