A focused 75-minute coaching session to get clear on what is driving your current patterns and work out your next steps.
This is not a discovery call. It is not a consultation. It is a full coaching session, structured, practical, and designed to get beneath the surface of what is actually going on.

Most people arrive at a point where something feels off but they cannot quite name it. The goal is clear enough. The effort is there. But the same patterns keep reasserting themselves.
The Deep Dive is a dedicated space to slow down and look at what is actually driving that. Not the symptoms. The system underneath.
In 75 minutes, we work through what is showing up, why it keeps showing up, and what would need to shift for things to change in a way that actually holds.

The session is structured around three things:
Clarity. We get precise about what is actually happening, not the story you have been telling yourself about it, but the real pattern underneath. Most people leave with a level of clarity they have not had before, even about situations they have been sitting with for months.
Understanding. We look at what is driving the pattern. Where it came from. Why it made sense at the time. Why it is no longer serving you. When you understand the system, you stop fighting yourself.
Direction. You leave with a clear sense of what your next steps are, not a vague intention, but a specific, honest account of where the real work is and what to do about it.

The Deep Dive works best for people who are already functioning well but sense that something needs to shift.
You might be:
You do not need to be in breakdown to benefit from this work. Most clients are not. What you do need is a willingness to look honestly at what is going on.

Yes. Completely.
The Deep Dive is a full coaching experience in its own right. Many clients book it as a one-off, to get clear at a specific moment, work through a particular decision, or simply understand a pattern that has been running in the background for too long.
It does not require anything before or after it.
That said, it also works as the natural starting point for ongoing work. If you choose to move into a coaching package within seven days of your Deep Dive, the full session fee is credited toward that work.

Jeremy Oates, Senior Managing Director, Accenture

Is the Deep Dive a sales call? No. It is a full coaching session. You will not spend the 75 minutes being pitched ongoing work. The session stands alone as a complete experience.
What should I prepare beforehand?Nothing specific. Come with a sense of what is on your mind, a challenge, a pattern, a decision, or simply a feeling that something needs to shift. Jen will do the rest.
How is this different from ongoing coaching?Ongoing coaching works over 3 to 6 months to shift how you operate at an identity level. The Deep Dive is a focused single session, complete in itself, but without the sustained depth of longer work.
What if I want to continue after the Deep Dive?If you decide to move into a coaching package within seven days, the session fee is credited in full toward that work.
Can I book a Deep Dive if I am already working with a therapist?Yes. Many clients do both. They serve different purposes and work well alongside each other.
