01 What is identity coaching?
Identity coaching is a form of coaching that works at the level of who you are, not just what you do. It targets the patterns, beliefs, and internal strategies shaping your behaviour rather than stopping at the behaviour itself. It's built for people who are already capable and self-aware but notice the same patterns keep showing up no matter what they try on the surface.
02 How is identity coaching different from therapy?
Therapy addresses mental health, healing, and clinical issues, often with a past focus. Identity coaching is a forward-focused, present-tense process that works with how you're operating now. Therapy heals. Coaching builds capacity. They can complement each other but they do different work.
03 Who is Jen Fairbairns?
Jen Fairbairns is an Identity-Based Behaviour Change Coach with over 3,500 coaching hours. She is ICF-accredited (Associate Certified Coach), holds a triple-accredited coaching diploma from Sandown Business School, and is a Certified Trauma-Informed Coach. She works with high-functioning professionals, leaders, and business owners whose external success masks internal misalignment.

A Deep Dive is a focused 75-minute private coaching session to identify which of the 4 Behaviour Archetypes™ is driving your current patterns, what it is costing you, and what your next step looks like. The fee is £375 and it is credited in full toward a coaching package if you move forward within seven days.
05 What are the 4 Behaviour Archetypes™?
The Over-Functioner, the High-Performing Avoider, the Quiet Controller, and the Escaper. These are four distinct regulation strategies that high-functioning people use to manage pressure. The framework, the 4 Behaviour Archetypes Method™, was developed by Jen Fairbairns through years of identity coaching with professionals and is the starting point for her work with every client.
06 How much does coaching with Jen cost?
The Deep Dive session is £375 for 75 minutes. The 1:1 Coaching with Jen 12-week programme is £3,325 paid in full, with your £375 Deep Dive credited, or three monthly payments of £1,160 if you spread the cost. Private ongoing coaching is priced at the engagement level. The Deep Dive is credited toward any package booked within seven days.
