121 Coaching

Sustained identity-level work for leaders, founders, and high-capacity professionals who are functioning well externally but know something underneath needs to change.

What It Is

What Is Private 1:1 Coaching?

Most high-functioning people have already tried the surface-level approaches. They have set the goals, done the courses, read the books. And they are still running the same patterns.

Private 1:1 coaching works at the level beneath the behaviour. It looks at the identity, beliefs, nervous system responses, and relational patterns driving how you operate, and changes them at the root.

The result is not a temporary performance boost. It is a structural shift in how you lead, decide, relate, and respond under pressure.

The Work

What We Work On

The work is fully tailored to your context. There is no fixed template.

In practice, this often includes:

  • The patterns driving your behaviour that you cannot seem to shift despite knowing they are there
  • How you operate under pressure, and why stress, conflict, or uncertainty triggers specific responses
  • The beliefs shaping your decisions, your relationships, and how you see yourself
  • Where you are over-functioning, under-functioning, or operating from an identity that no longer fits
  • What self-leadership actually looks like for you, not as a concept, but in practice
Life looks fine on the surface

Who It Serves

Who Is It For?

Private 1:1 coaching works best for people who are already capable and self-aware but sense that how they are operating is no longer working.

You might be:

  • A leader or founder whose external success masks internal exhaustion
  • Someone who keeps hitting the same walls regardless of the goal they set
  • High-functioning in most areas but privately carrying patterns that cost you
  • Ready to do honest, structured work, not just talk about change
  • Looking for depth, not motivation

The Structure

How It Works

Packages run over 3 to 6 months. Sessions are private, fully tailored, and held online via Zoom.

What shifts over time:

  • More steadiness under pressure. You respond rather than react.
  • Clearer decisions with less second-guessing
  • Less internal friction between who you are and how you operate
  • More honest relationships
  • Performance that holds, not from pushing harder, but from operating as yourself

Next Step

Getting Started

Private 1:1 coaching begins with a Deep Dive Session.

The Deep Dive is a focused 75-minute session to get clear on what is driving your current patterns and whether longer-term work is the right fit. It stands alone as a complete experience, and if you decide to move forward within seven days, the full session fee is credited toward your coaching package.

Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy typically focuses on healing past experiences and diagnosing conditions. Coaching works forward. It looks at the patterns, beliefs, and identity structures driving how you operate now, and helps you change them. Jen's approach is trauma-informed, which means the work respects your nervous system, but the focus is on who you are becoming, not just where you have been.

There is no fixed formula. Sessions are responsive to what is most alive for you. Some sessions go deep into a pattern or belief. Others focus on a specific decision or situation. What stays consistent is the depth. This is not surface-level goal-setting. It is structured, honest, and designed to create lasting change.

Packages typically run over 3 to 6 months, depending on the depth of work involved. This allows enough time for real shifts to take hold, not just insights, but changes in how you operate day to day.

No. Every first session is a paid Deep Dive. This is intentional. It means you get genuine depth from the very first conversation, not a sales pitch. If you choose to continue, the fee is credited toward your package.

Yes. Many clients work with both a therapist and Jen simultaneously. Therapy and coaching serve different functions. As long as there is clear communication and no overlap in scope, the two often complement each other well.
