Executive coaching for the people your business depends on.
Stronger leadership starts with understanding how you operate.
Capable people can still repeat behaviours that make leadership harder.
Taking responsibility back, avoiding difficult conversations, defending decisions, or struggling to hear feedback.
I work privately with founders, leaders and key people to understand what drives those responses, and practise more effective ways of deciding, communicating and working with others.
- A leader who takes work back rather than leaving it with the person who owns it.
- A capable person who avoids the conversation that would resolve the actual issue.
- Someone who defends a decision rather than hearing what is genuinely useful in the challenge to it.
- A founder who cannot step back from a function without feeling it will fall apart.
Workload, unclear roles, incentives and organisational constraints can all contribute to these patterns too. Coaching changes how an individual responds; it is not a substitute for fixing a structural problem elsewhere in the business.
Development for capable people, not an intervention for people who are struggling.
It fits founders, senior leaders and key people who are already performing well and want to operate more effectively, not only those who are visibly stretched. Participants need a voice in setting their own objectives and a genuine willingness to engage. This is not a route for fixing an employee selected by someone else without their agreement.
Greater ownership. Clearer decisions. More constructive disagreement.
Confidence that leaves room for other people's contributions. We agree meaningful development goals at the start, and review concrete examples of what is changing in day-to-day work as we go, not abstract progress, actual decisions, conversations and delegation.
Twelve private sessions, agreed over three to four months.
- Twelve private, 60-minute coaching sessions per participant, delivered online.
- An initial private connection call, at no additional charge, before the twelve sessions begin, to confirm fit and agree the focus of the work.
- A personalised Session Reflection Summary after each session, and an agreed practical focus to carry into day-to-day work between sessions.
- An in-person introduction or workshop can be discussed where it would support the engagement, scoped and priced separately.
Coaching sessions are private.
The company does not receive session content or personal reflection summaries. Before coaching begins, I agree with the person being coached and the relevant manager or HR contact whether any updates on goals or progress will be shared, what they will cover and how they will be communicated.
Discuss coaching for your company.
Tell me a little about who you are looking to support and what you are hoping coaching will do for them. We will arrange a short private call to talk it through.
